嘎緯的出走札記

今天要介紹的是一道，

我在布拉索夫喝到，我覺得整趟旅程最好喝的一道湯！

Today I would like to introduce a soup that I tasted in Brasov,

It was the best I had tasted in the journey!

這道湯英文名叫”Chicken Soup with Dumpling”

如同照片裡的，

湯裡的料主要就是白色的Dumpling (湯糰)，

然後有一些燉煮的紅白蘿蔔片跟雞肉碎，應該是原本就在高湯中的，

上面灑的綠色的菜有點類似香菜，有一個香氣

It’s called “Chicken Soup with Dumpling”

Like the image shows,

It has dumplings, radish & carrot, some ground chicken meat

And the green has a smell

整碗湯上來後，

第一口單純喝湯就直接驚艷到我！！

整碗湯雞味濃厚、湯色清澈，

可以喝得出來店家花了不少時間下工夫才能燉煮出這碗湯，

搭配裡面的肉碎一起入口更是賦予了口感，

蘿蔔則是更讓蔬菜的甜味加入到湯中

I was absolutely surprised when I first taste the soup!!!

The soup tasted like it full of chicken but the soup still clearly

I could know that they must spend lots of time on simmering the chicken soup

When the soup tasted with ground meat,

It not only felt the chicken in the liquid soup but really in your mouth

Radish and carrot made the soup had kinds of natural sweet as well

裡面白色的湯糰，

我覺得口感跟台灣的肉羹有點類似，

不過沒有到肉羹那麼扎實，反而是比較軟，卻也不失嚼勁

The dumpling actually I felt it is similar like a kind of Taiwanese food

But it was more softly

另外，

店家當時也很熱情的招待我們品嘗一個自製的醬，

它的入口感覺很像濕的肉鬆，

味道算是一種台灣人不會覺得抗拒的熟悉感覺(?)

搭配麵包一起非常好吃！

At that time,

The restaurant served us the sauce with toast that free of charge

It tasted like pork floss in Taiwan

But ours are dry

And it was very nice~~
